Delivery Information

Order processing and despatch

We aim to despatch your order within 24hrs of receiving payment. If your order comes in while we are closed i.e. Sundays or bank holidays, it will be processed the next day we are open.

Our System will email you to keep you updated about your order.

If we have a query or stock issue we will get in touch as soon as possible for instructions.

Delivery

We send packages with Royal Mail within the UK.

The Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days but occasional delays outside our control can mean they sometimes take up to 10 days.

Please contact us with any queries about non delivery. Please note that we can't chase the Royal Mail until 10 days have passed.
